As regards the erection of a complete cement plant, we can design it in total accordance with your wishes and requirements and offer you the customized plant. Alternatively, we can also offer you our proposed ideal plant, choosing the best systems and layout for your purpose, adjusting the extensions and infrastructure accordingly. We can provide pre-designed, pre-fab units for cement plants of various production capacities, e.g. an annual output of 1m tons, comprising all technological steps, from quarrying to packing and storing the end-product, with the process controlled by automated control systems. These plants are optimized from the point of view of cost and efficiency.
Our standard solutions offered include cement plants with an output of 600, 800, 1000, 1500 and 3300 t of clinker per day. The preferred annual capacity of the plants we offer ranges from 500,000 to 3,000,000 tpy.
To prepare a detailed offer we will need data and information about the site of the plant, raw materials, fuels, electric system, cooling water, climatic conditions etc... In accordance with laboratory tests of raw materials and thermo-technological calculations, we will adjust the composition of the technological equipment for the offered plant to achieve the best result based on the existing conditions.
